Overseas residents in living in Kagoshima! Won't you try giving a speech in Japanese?

You must be a foreign national residing in Kagoshima Prefecture, and have not previously

received the Grand Prize in this contest.

Grand Prize Award: (¥50,000 and an extra prize), Honorable Mention Award, Judges' Special

Award, etc.

November 23rd, 2018 (FRI)

Complete all applicable items on the application form and send it by FAX, e-mail, post, or

deliver in person.

*A confirmation e-mail will be sent once we have received your application. If a confirmation

e-mail is not received by November 24th (SAT), please contact the Kagoshima International Association office, as the application may not be complete.
